Having browsed many third party blogger / blogspot template providers' sites, I found one site that offer awesome templates.
It's soratemplates.com. This site offers users 2 type of templates : free and paid version.
The free version ones not included css codes.
And the paid version gives users complete xml format incudes css codes.
The free version in some cases may cause difficulties for those want to customize the template look, but don't know much css codes.
The paid version templates relatively easier for users going to personalize the templates. However at least the basic knowledge about css is needed.
